Important Information

Cancellation Policy

Here at HeadSpace Beauty Lounge we require a 48 Hour notice for all cancellations. If a 48 hour notice was not given you will be charged 50% of your booked appointment. In order to book future appointments this fee will need to be paid in full. We understand that things come up so please reach out to your stylist to resolve as each stylist at HeadSpace Beauty Lounge are independent. Please also reach out to your artist as their cancellation policy may defer.

Product Purchase Policy

We want you to be happy. If for some reason you are not happy with your product purchase bring it back with little use and within 30 days. We will be happy to exchange your product for something equal in value. Anything over 30 days or half used will not be eligible.

Right to refuse service

Here at Headspace Beauty Lounge we have the right to refuse service. We take our environment seriously and want to keep the positivity high. Good Vibes only people.

Covid-19 salon guidelines

  • Please note: If you feel ill or have been around someone who tested positive with Covid-19 within the last 5 days, your appointment may be canceled and rescheduled at a later time.     

  • Please rest assure that we take sanitation very seriously. ALL STYLIST are barbicide trained. Cleaning will be done prior to and after every service. We will be honoring all CDC, California State Board and OSHA guidelines for disinfecting surfaces and implements. Drapes will be single use and all towels are professionally laundered.  

  • Masks are optional at this time, come in as you are comfortable. All are welcome.

The safety of our stylists and guests matters to us and is our top priority here at HeadSpace. We will continue to do our part as we are all in this together.
